Refund & Returns Policy

At MIDFRIDAY, we live for that “new outfit” feeling. We want you to feel confident, edgy, and completely yourself in our pieces. However, we know that sometimes a fit isn’t quite right or a style doesn’t vibe with your wardrobe exactly how you imagined. If that’s the case, don’t sweat it! We’ve made our returns and exchanges as smooth as a Friday afternoon.

The “No-Stress” Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to decide if it’s a keeper. Whether it’s a Y2K top that’s a bit too “mini” or a Boho dress that doesn’t quite flow the way you wanted, we are happy to help you find a solution.

To keep things fair for everyone, we just ask that your items are:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all those cute tags still attached).

  • Free from any makeup marks, perfume scents, or pet hair (we love our furry friends, but the next customer might not!).

  • Sent back in the original packaging if possible.

Easy Exchanges: Find Your Perfect Fit

Found a piece you love but need a different size? We’ve got you. We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). Just reach out to our team, and we’ll help you swap it out so you can get back to looking your best as soon as possible.

How to Start Your Return

No complicated paperwork here! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Drop us a line: Send an email to support@midfriday.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

  2. Get your label: Our team will send you a return authorization and the shipping instructions.

  3. Ship it back: Pack up your items and drop them off at the designated carrier.

Please note: For standard returns (not exchanges), a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, or you can choose to ship it back using your preferred local carrier.

Quick & Transparent Refunds

Once your return hits our warehouse, our team will give it a quick “once-over” to make sure everything is in order. You’ll get an email notification as soon as your refund is processed.

Money usually heads back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Just a heads-up: your bank or credit card company might take a few extra days to show the credit on your statement—they like to take their time!

A Few Small Exceptions

To keep our prices fair and our waste low, there are a few items we can’t take back:

  • Final Sale items: These are the “last-chance” steals and cannot be returned.

  • Intimates & Bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, these stay with you.

  • Worn or damaged items: If it’s been out to the party and come back with a story (or a stain), we can’t accept it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We take great pride in our quality, but we’re human! If you receive an item that is damaged or if we accidentally sent you the wrong piece, please contact us immediately. We will make it right at absolutely zero cost to you. We’ll send out a replacement faster than you can say “TGIF.”
