At MIDFRIDAY, we know you’re excited to get your new Y2K staples and Boho dreams delivered to your doorstep. We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and arrives safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process across the United States and Europe.
Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work!
Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Quality Check: Every Lace Dress and Punk piece undergoes a final inspection before being packed to ensure it meets our high standards.
Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery
We currently offer reliable shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union.
Standard Shipping: Usually takes 7–12 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: Usually takes 3–5 business days after processing (available at checkout for select regions).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your specific location and local postal service efficiency.
Potential Shipping Delays
While we aim for lightning-fast delivery, there are certain times of the year when the journey might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience during the following:
Peak Seasons & Shopping Holidays: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Holiday Season (November–December), carriers often experience backlogs. Please allow an extra 5–7 business days for delivery during these times.
National Holidays: Our logistics partners do not ship on major public holidays in the US and Europe. This may slightly shift your expected delivery date.
Extreme Weather Events: Safety comes first! Severe winter storms, hurricanes, or other extreme weather conditions can disrupt air and ground transportation. If your region is affected by a weather emergency, please expect a delay in the delivery schedule.
Customs Inspections: For our international friends, occasionally packages are held for routine customs inspections. This is out of our control, but we provide all necessary documentation to clear your package as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Stay in the loop from checkout to your front door. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey through our website or directly via the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your link.
Shipping Rates & Customs Duties
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We frequently offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain value—keep an eye on our homepage for current promos!
Customs & Import Taxes: For customers in the US and EU, we strive to ship via methods that minimize extra fees. However, please be aware that any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Double-check that shipping address! We want your MIDFRIDAY gear to reach you, not your neighbor. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:
Check with your neighbors or building manager.
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).
If it’s still missing, contact us at midfridayteam@outlook.com. We will help you open a claim with the carrier to track it down.
